Feedback gevenThis subway is quite decent. the staff are super friendly, they are attentive and they get the work done quickly and on time. the girl that helped us was just a week there and she made us a great job!
Consistently very slow service. Coworkers talking to each other while trying to order. Vegetables not refilled. Staff did not know how to ring up sandwich correctly. Will not return to this Subway. Not clean.
Pretty consistently poor experience here. I live nearby and go very infrequently because I've never had a great experience. Staff turnover seems high, and no staff are ever good and focused on the customer. It's always either the sandwich is poorly made, or the customer service is slow or non existent, or both of those. It's Subway, sure. But there's apparently a contagious lack of care at this store. It would be my go-to for a quick meal if I had any faith in a good experience.
Possibly worst Subway ever. Visited this location 9/18/22 at approximately 11-11:30a and the store was filthy! There were ALOT of fruit flies and regular flies flying around, the kid that was working barely said a thing, wouldn’t look at us and just kept watching outside? The shredded lettuce looked old and brown, the sandwich making area looked like it wasn’t even cleaned from the night before as I saw old vegetables that looked like they had almost dehydrated between the bins. Management needs to do better at this location.
Might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've never felt so embarrassed going to order food before. The worker taking my order didn't say a single word or make a single expression so I assumed they had a medical reason not to. It was my first time trying subway so I struggled to know what to do when making my own sandwich. At the end when the other employee asked what the order was, the person who I thought was mute answered for us with a rude smirk on her face.
