Feedback gevenThe location is great, but it is so busy that waiting is extremely long. We had to wait almost an hour to sit down. There were many cabins open, but none where they were cleared. The hostess finally helped and began to clarify a table because my guest was complaining. When we sat, the waiter came to take the order right away. We made our drinks and our meal. 15 minutes later we got our drinks, but the waiter said our food was coming as soon as it was ready and the kitchen is behind. After an hour, we'll wait the waiter for what was going on. They said they were in the kitchen for an hour. If I knew they were after me, I'd be left. We wanted to go when the waiter came back and said that she had to run out of rice and replace one of our order for something else. We asked if the meal was ready. He said yes, but they just needed to add the replacement. Since my guest at the table ordered the rice. You agreed to take some vegetables. Then the plates both came wrong here for the two plates that had rice. I got my pasta, but my fourth guest didn't get her order. They had to go back to the kitchen and make them. It took 10 minutes before she got her meal. I complained, but it seemed like they were used to it. I think I'm waiting for a manager can take another hour so we don't have one on the bill. I still tipped my waiter, but I have to say this is the worst experience I had at this point. The last time I was there, it was slow, but nothing like that. I would not recommend this location.
Good food. I'm sorry for our server. she was the only waiting worker on the whole dining page. we were there 45 minutes before we even got our food. the restaurant was freezing and had waited too long. our waitress has made a great job for the given circumstance. it was simply not a good experience for the customers food: 5/5
Tonight with a group of employees for a night stopped! I was really excited to try the "sizzling flanke steak" tablet with kartoffel (I think that's what it was called. the menu online made it look really good. but when I got it, the Steak-Mahl didn't look like the online picture. I also asked about medium cook. my flank steak was rare (definitiw was not medium because there were raw white fat in steak. raw fat means it is underdone. as my dinner went. the service was safe good! but probably not back
Excellent eating. recommend the Wiskey Laze or the whiskey Laze Blaze if they like heat. it took a bit to sit, but there was also only one waiter for the entire restaurant. (this was at 1:30-2:00 clock) tables are clean. good, fast service. good selection of dishes/drinks. food: 5/5
Unfortunately, this experience was a failure. tried to eat here for our daughter birthday. when our drinks arrived, there was a hair in one and another had a dirty glass. Before we even ordered a waitress, we tried to deliver a wing shield. when we said they weren't ours, she asked if we knew who they were. at this point we went. hostess was comprehending and didn't charge us for everything we had ordered. it was the grief.
