The Uptowner Café On Grand

Nice little friendly dinner. Very nice staff with good food. Food portions were definitely enough to fill you and is good for what you paid. The atmosphere makes the feeling when you were in the 80s. 10/10 recommend

Been going here for years! Chocolate chip pancakes are amazing they serve a generous amount of hash-browns. Their Groupon makes their already fair prices that much better. Worth trying if you enjoy wholesome breakfast food for a good price.

I absolutely love this place. Best pancakes in town, delicious meats, amazing staff. Somehow the vibe makes you feel like you’re in a comic book? Haha can’t explain it but I love it. We’re big time diner fans, and Uptowner, along with Ideal Diner, are our all-time favorite places in the twin cities. Hands down.

Awesome little diner! Lucked out and got a table for 7 quickly on a busy Saturday morning. French toast and bacon was fantastic choice, but the breakfast platters looked soo tempting as well! Portion sizes are pretty generous! Would definitely go back again.
