Asian Wok - SAINT PETERSBURG

Food has pretty good flavor. My family said the dumplings are some of the best they?ve had. However, I waited over 45 minutes and part of my order was incorrectly made. Thankfully they fixed that issue. I will admit, I?m VERY disappointed in the General Tso tofu. The corners of the tofu were hard as rocks and were very dry. I even requested extra General Tso sauce and there wasn?t enough to cover the bottom, let alone extra. I wouldn?t recommend the tofu at all.

Asked the girl if I got fried noodles for my soup. She said yes. Well I'm still looking for them! She wasn't accommodating at all! Her eyelashes must of gotten in the way! I ordered house fried rice! Got pork fried rice. Ordered fried rice with my shrimp and lobster sauce. Got something else. Never will go back again!!!!!

Today my wife and I went to a UPS store which was right next to the Asian Wok in the same mall. We saw a line outside the WOK and a nice woman Was waiting for her order smiled and said the food here is great. It was just about Lunchtime so we decided to give it a try. Prior to today my wife and I were a little disappointed but the lack of authentic Chinese Food in St. Petersburg. Well today we finally found the place we have been searching for!!!! The Food was some of the best Chinese Food my wife and I have ever eaten. The chicken with cashew nuts was cooked to perfection and the Szechuan Chicken my wife had just the right amount of ?kick? We are definitely going back and if you haven?t been there go NOW!!!!

First time having Chinese food during the pandemic. Was very clean and they weren?t letting any customers into the restaurant which I liked. You just pick up at the window. The ingredients were fresh and the food was tasty. Love the food containers they use as well. Nothing cheap. Didn?t mess anything up on the order and gave lots of condiments as well. Will definitely come back!

Over the years, I’ve seen the menu change, but the quality has remained high. I know this place only has 4 stars, but I wholeheartedly recommend it and will defend it to anyone. It’s a staple in my family’s life and a cherished part of my childhood. The food is consistently hot, and the portions are generous for the price. I’ve never encountered boiled chicken or soggy lo mein here. The bourbon chicken is my absolute favorite—always perfectly caramelized and seasoned. The General Tso’s chicken is also great and never overly saucy.
