Chipotle Mexican Grill

Someday I ordered chipotle mobile or had it delivered, there was always a problem! for today I missed a whole part of my order! before it was either wrong or very very very small portions! I tried to brush it off, but that was too long, chipotle! if 0 stars was an option, I would have chosen the definitiw. the delivery of over eats or something else is also particularly hard because if they screw up their order, the only thing that can happen is a refund instead of eating that she actually wanted and ordered! they need to fix these problems!

This lady would rather throw away my whole bowl then give me the real portion of chicken… so she is will to waste the business money to please her Authority. I would fire her immediately. Roughly4:25pm 12/26/21. How sad, the day after Christmas too. Ask for the real portion of protein, 4oz . Rude service. Ask for a little extra beans though and they have no problem giving you way more than you would ever want. Ive been specifically avoiding this location multiple time and I will continue avoiding this specific location. I drive out of my way 2miles Instead of supporting this location.

I placed my order online for my family and when I arrived at chipotle there were 20 people waiting on their orders. I waited 30 minutes patiently for my order with a growing group of customers. When I finally made it home I realized that two of the orders were incorrect. To spend $50 on food and then have it not be correct is unacceptable.

I have ordered a sweet shell and they have put meat in them? also the lady who gave me my bag was very rude. I usually love chipotle, but I think twice before I go back. especially this place.

Really regrettable that this load has gone so much down in the last 2 months. 2 bowls (2 separate orders in the past) ordered without cheese (dairy allergie) and somehow more cheese than the person who ordered cheese on their. recently I stopped and asked for mild and medium salsa on a bowl and got medium and hot sauce, and the person in the register was too busy texting to give me my reception or tell me something.
