Dependable service relative to the order. The staff created a cool environment that was pleasant to be around while waiting for my food.

Good customer service great coffee but they where out of alot of side items and donuts. Again customer service was so very apologetic about not having the items. I appreciated that, so very much

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful. Coffee was burnt and bottom of the barrel. Didn?t have the flavors I wanted. Bagel was stale and hard as a rock. Pathetic!!! Do not go here!

This Dunkin is hands down the worst one in St. Petersburg!!! Unfortunately it is the only one close to my work. I literally have to check my coffee every time before leave to make sure They did not put any sweetener in it. Today they sweetened mycoffee and when I told them There was sweetener in it they insisted they didn?t add sweetener.. B$&ch I can taste it!! These mfdone ruined my day? Again!!! Somebody please get some good help in this store!!!!

I try this Dunkin every few months to see if the service has improved. It remains disorganized and underwhelming. They are usually out of items and perpetually running at the speed of drying paint. The wait times to order, drive to the window, and payare extensive. Multiple staff members ask at the window for you to pay and they seem to hand whatever beverage looks right inthe moment out the window. Staff morale is understandably low and results in some lackluster social interactions. In a halfdozen visits, I've had my order correct once. Time to take the hint and stop going.
