Hungry Howie's Pizza - SAINT PETERSBURG

We always love getting our pizza from here, especially with the delicious flavored crust!

My partner has been encouraging me to reach out to you for the sake of transparency and honesty. However, I hesitated, feeling that any message from me might come across as presumptuous. Yet something compels me to express my thoughts, regardless of the outcome. It's evident that your establishment is currently the only one in the area capable of delivering pizza, especially since another location isn’t taking orders. However, I was disappointed to receive a call informing me that you couldn’t deliver because I was three blocks outside your service area. As a result, I felt compelled to leave a single-star review. Is it truly worth it to turn away a customer over such a small technicality? I wonder if you might consider the perspective of someone who has deliberately stepped away from the mainstream delivery methods, like those employed by Domino's, and found some satisfaction in doing so. The pizza is amazing! I'm visiting from Atlanta, and I tried the meat lovers pizza. It's delicious!

The young lady on the phone repeated my order to me and still got it wrong. I've been going here for years and usually the service is excellent however some of the younger new staff are not as savvy as before.

I love their subs and pizza but this location on 34th St N, the staff didn't wear gloves to prepare the food. I watched a young man make multiple using just his bare hands and not wash them at all. If I had seen this before I ordered my sub, I would have left. Nobody had on hairnets either.
