Hungry Howie's Pizza - SAINT PETERSBURG

Sad pizza. One would hope that the toppings will be distributed somewhat evenly. A 10 pizza has an area of about 78.5 . If the toppings comprise only 2.5-3 of the center and not where else, they cover less than one third of the pizza (about 24 area). Pizza-Math! Anyway, I ordered a pizza with additional mushrooms, and instead I got a pure cheese pizza with a small center of mushrooms. It wasn't ideal, and it made me sad. Boooo. Update, 2 months later: continue to order HH pizza because children love it. Another 2x mushroom pizza ordered just to get a pizza with less mushrooms than the last one. I guess it's a punishment for the last review. THIS time there were mushrooms on only 4/8 slices, and definitely not double mushroom. I really didn't think mushrooms were so expensive that they would skip so far. I learned my lesson.

I have to order from here 2-4 times a month, love their pizza! It is always good and service is fast. It had only one problem, but it was in another place.?????? her pizza!!!!?

I love this Hungry Howie! I enjoyed many pieces since they opened! Everyone was very warm. Every pizza was excellent! The owner is a really nice man! He makes sure everyone takes care. It is consistent and ensures that everything meets the uniform standards. The night before the hurricane, the manager and the staff still serve an hour of people! You were the busiest I've ever seen, and I've been there for a long time. And that's all because of the good service and good food.

Last game in the city during the disaster shutdowns. Fast friendly service and always fresh ingredients. Appropriate prices.

I have been eating from this place 20 plus years. Haven't eaten here in months because they have deferred all their phone services to a call center out of the country. Everytime I call I'm on hold.... to order a pizza for christ sake, I can't understand the Indian guy on the other line, and then because it's a third party service they won't give up on trying to upsell you on other items. Calling any pizza shop shouldn't feel like a visit to the DMV.
