Ichills Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream

This was probably the worst frozen yogurt I've ever had. When I poured the yogurt into my cup, it just melted away, and to make matters worse, only 3 out of 5 flavors were available. The selection was extremely limited, and the toppings bar was quite disappointing. There were no fruit, granola, or chocolate chip options, and the hot fudge was completely burnt. The peanut butter container was so full that it was unusable. I was really looking forward to some froyo, and honestly, I would rather go 30 minutes out of my way to Menchie's on my way home from the beach than stop at this place again.

Has the ownership changed in the past year? We used to love this place and visited often, but our last few experiences have been disappointing, and last night was the final straw for us. The woman at the counter either doesn't understand us or simply doesn't pay attention. I've ordered a milkshake many times, specifically asking for it to be thick, yet she blends it until it's the consistency of regular milk. Even when I ask her to stop mixing, she continues. Last night, we tried three flavors of yogurt, and all of them were barely frozen and more like ice water. We ended up paying over $26 for three yogurts and an ice spoon, and all the yogurts were only half full and not substantial. We won't be returning! We miss the original owner, who was incredibly friendly and ran a quality establishment!

You also have vegan frozen yogurt!!! I loved it!!! We stayed two weeks in St.Pete and this place had best prices and delicious yogurts. I got vegan coconut and my mother got butter pecan, that was reaaaaly good.

I don't know what happened to this place. Last time my family was here I would have given them 5 stars but not now. One frozen yogurt machine was broken and another one only had one side functioning so they only had 3 flavors, vanilla, pumpkin and salted caramel pretzel and the vanilla was basically liquid when it came out. They use to have over 16 flavors of ice cream, now only 8 and 8 Italian Ice. I'm a chocolate person and they use to have a few different chocolate based flavors, now they just have plain chocolate. The labels on the flavors didn't even match what they had. The place looks rundown now and it was just a huge disappointment.
