Feedback gevenThe manager Mary in the restaurant treats you as a child. She won't scream in your face for any reason. I assume she claims she's in AA. She also put her hand on my shoulder trying to lock me in a room as the General Manager saw. I'm scared too. She should know better and I expect better because I was the only employee who served the restaurant from my first day for the whole month I tried. after a seizure in my sleep in the week after this event. Customers warned me I needed a break. I also broke my hand on glass, as I worked here.
Last night we came to dinner. There was only one table full. There were two ladies, a sitting folding napkins... she didn't even harass us. I had to ask if we could sit somewhere. Someone came out and filled our water and I had to ask for menus. Three times my husband repeated his order for a burger without cheese and my daughter melted in that he allergic- 45 minutes later he got a cheeseburger. This morning we decided to try it for breakfast - maybe the staff was different... again we had to ask for menus and had to ask for coffee creamers. This is incredibly inefficient with bad customer service. I'm disappointed for a Hilton.
I thought the food was terrible. $22 for 2 fried groupers tacos basically fritted batter on a few tacos with a side of canned salsa for taste. If it was a grouper, it was a waste of fish. Tacos and 2 beers for $38. I went near restaurant the last few times and was not disappointed. I recommend you do the same.
Here for a conference. The restaurant itself is not very busy, but the waiters are inconspicuous and inefficient. The Hostess also does not have exact information about guests and rooms and it is difficult to load breakfast to the room. Buffet food was good.
Did the breakfast buffet during our stay. There was a wonderful selection included in the $17 price. However, the strawberries looked old so we had to bypass those. Also, they ran out of cereal and oatmeal bowls but the waitress was kind enough to run back and grab us a couple. Our waitress was especially nice to my children and engaged with them as much as she did with me. That is appreciated as kids don't often get that. Would definitely like to try their lunch and dinner menus during the next hotel stay.
