Tropical Smoothie Cafe

As for my caprese sandwich, it was barely warm and shockingly lacked any tomatoes. There was barely any cheese on it either. Overall, it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I don't think I’ll be eating at the Crossroads store anymore unless I’m just looking for a smoothie, which is the only thing I found decent there.

The manager, Leah, is very rude. She is disrespectful not only to customers but also especially to her employees. I witnessed her being dishonestly disrespectful to another female staff member. I will never return to another Tropical Smoothie because this is the kind of person the company chooses to employ.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, as I truly enjoy visiting this restaurant. One person who really stands out is Leah. She always makes me feel welcome and assures me that my smoothie order is exactly what I get. Her constant smile is infectious! This place wasn’t as pleasant before she started working here. I used to visit frequently, and she would often have my smoothie ready for me when I arrived. Once, she even greeted me at the door with a smoothie in hand! The service here is fantastic. Now that I've gotten to know the whole team, they all treat me well and genuinely care about my experience. Leah is the kind of person who spreads positivity everywhere she goes.

So obviously, Tropical has ceased to honor the men and women who educate thirteen children. No more rebate. So sad.

The one on 34th st. Ordered online, got there much later than I planned and they kept it cold for me! AND the smoothie was delish! They Said they were slammed all day but they did not compromise on the quality of the smoothie. Go get you one right now! This location is the best one. Trust me!
