Smallcakes Cupcakery And Creamery

I wish I could give zero stars!!! What was I thinking? I ordered cupcakes a month in advance for my daughter's princess party. I specifically requested strawberry shortcake vanilla cupcakes, which were supposed to have strawberries, and red velvet cupcakes that were to be nut-free. When I received them, there was nothing in the cupcakes as promised! When I brought this to their attention, the staff member hung up on me. This is unacceptable! I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I’m really disappointed! We've been loyal customers since this place opened, even after it changed ownership. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were dry and crumbled apart, although they still had good flavor. To make matters worse, they switched from using cartons for the cupcakes to giving plastic cups instead (see picture). I won’t be supporting this store anymore.

I will not be returning! The owner was rude during our experience. We ordered cupcakes three weeks in advance and paid half up front for my daughter's birthday party. After driving 30 minutes to pick them up, we found out our order had never been made! The owner didn’t apologize or offer us anything. Initially, she tried to claim we hadn’t paid until we showed her the order confirmation. To make matters worse, the cupcakes we were expecting weren’t even the kind that were being sold in the store. It’s baffling why they’re even in business! There was no professional apology or compensation offered for the situation. Oh, and we were speaking to the owner, who mentioned she was trying to sell the business. Good luck with that!

She was closed and still took the time to give me cupcakes!!! Tos they were delicious!!! My sons pickily over candy and he loved it! Thanks for being amazing and doing his night! You're more awesome!

Absolutely adore this shop. I am always impressed and excited to stop here! My neices aren't ever mad about it either! Incredibly Delicious sweets and amazing staff!
