Sonic Drive-in - Saint Robert

Ordered food for my family tonight, 42 ish for all of it. Guess even though they read my order back correctly they decided that one of us didn't need the burger I paid for. So when I got home 20 mins later delt out everyone's meal. Guess who only got tater tots he didn't ask for. You got it me, good ole dad.My son asked, Why don't you call and file a complaint? My response is , The people that work there are are only around 2 yrs older than you. Do you think they care about a complaint? Clearly from the reviews I was right. Lesson learned that no matter how much you spend, you're not guaranteed quality service. Seems to be the theme around here.

This place got a bad call. the girl at the other end was super nice and respectful. the food came out quickly, can be called by children, but they make a good job.

Sonic does two, no, three things great; their drinks, tots, and that footlong coney island are off the hook. We stop by once a day for a summery beverage during the summer.

Overall the staff is usually pretty nice, the stall and drive through wait times are a little slow. Haven’t had any issues with wrong orders or anything like that.

We waited until almost everyone got their food before they took our order. Then we had to repeat it 4 times before she got it right and then we waited a long time to get it.
