Extraordinary Food, Terrific Customer CareMy husband wanted to send a Birthday cake to our daughter while she was on vacation in Canada and called this bakery. The cakes and pies and “afternoon tea” that were graciously delivered to our cottage up north were simply phenomenal. We had never been to this bakery before despite it being in business since the early 20th century! But now it is a place we must stop in at whenever we come to our cottage. We load up on baked goods bread and their amazing pies which have perfect pastry. They are always busy so food is always fresh !
Stop in here, just across the church in St Sauveur. There is plenty in there to satisfy a craving. The sandwiches are good and a fairly big size, coffee and tea good too. They have some prepared meals in there too if you want homemade but have no time to cook. You can be inside and also outside and people-watch in the village. Love it and come often.
Family used the bakery on our way to bellview hotel, morin heights 1960 later with my kumpels that we stopped there, and fetched a few brot varieties of crusty brot, cake and cheese. breathe some before skiing and after celebrating in the st. sauver inn directly opposite. back to the lake connelly eat the torte after drinking and smoking has the whole day. that were the days. I'm sure someone did exactly the same in the late sixties.
