Tutti Pizza Saint-sébastien-sur-loire

Delivered with delay. Pâte pas cuite et détrempée ... it was a vegetarian ... even your vegetables are so frozen?! Garnish more than discreet. Supplements requested in all small quantities. Pizza without taste. It's a shame for this price.

We have been fans of tutti Pizza for many years in other cities. Pizzas are excellent but bad experiences with St Sebastian's pizzeria! Orders in deliveries not once without mistakes, one evening it was a canette instead of a bottle of two liters, another night the bad pizza and lately a breakfast requested without onions received with onions.. Customer service worse than deplorable with a nice little put**n on the phone and my pizza ordered without onions in exchange for that with onions because either saying the error came from us and not from them. It is clear that the error came from us and not from a lack of seriousness in the control socket, the fried onions is probably not quite readable:

Great pizzeria! Pizzas always super good, well presented. Attent more than correct, prices too. The staff is really great, professional, listening. Frankly, I strongly recommend! Thank you for this treat

I took a seafood pizza: it doesn't taste. I'm sure the ingredients are frozen but they're just put on pizza without seasoning. At least it was hot.

Not so disappointed with the pizzas (even if I found pepper in my savoyard) as by the reception. The boss kept informing us of the special offers of the moment (he let us pay two pizzas while we could have 3 drinks for less expensive, then refused to rectify the order when we saw it). He also refused to take the ticket restaurant card, while his sign (and mobile app) clearly announce that he takes it. That's a shame, that's not how we crack the clientele.
