Cafe Frederica - Saint Simons Island

I saw lots of reviews about this place, positive and negative, but I wanted to give it a try. I ordered the crab cake benedict with home fries. Delicious! I kind of wish I would’ve ordered 2 as the benedict is all that you get. Sides are extra. Luckily, I ordered the home fries which were good too. I really don’t have complaints about the food. My con is the service for take out orders. When I called in my order the cashier was very friendly. However, picking up my food was the issue. The person who took my order couldn’t remember my call in order. I give him grace as I think he was new and was overwhelmed trying to do everything by himself. He then realized the order was behind him and apologized for the confusion. I would go to this restaurant again; but next time, I’ll dine in.

We had brunch here, grabbed a cinnamon roll, omelet, and a BLT. The food was good, but nothing special. The service was great and it is a quiet laid back atmosphere. Not bad if you're looking for brunch, but nothing out of the ordinary either. Fairly pricey for the amount of food.

The place is not to big but the breakfast and service is excellent

My sister and I came here for breakfast and I absolutely love this place. From the service to the atmosphere it's top notch. The food was delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast here. Small Cafe but great service and friendly staff. Popular place so usually a 15 to 20 minute wait before seated, but worth the wait!
