Hors Piste - Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves

A big thank you to Olivier and Vincent for hosting us in their magnificent lounge restaurant, the Hors Piste. We tasted more exquisite dishes than the other beautifully detailed, upstream, like a poet by Olivier. A savoyard fondue served to the hollow of a hot country bread .. An indisputable originality of cuisine with high-end products, highly prepared by Vincent, such as the rossini beef to mention only one of them ....a masterpiece. Your table is for our gourmet taste buds with an addition....not astronomical. We have spent a magical moment that we will never forget in the atypic (table) cable egg with our three allies. “The gastronomy is the art of using food to create happiness” you found the recipe. Again a very big thank you for your warm welcome and bravo do not change anything.

A concept that far exceeds my expectations. From the mouth to the digestive, you feel the research and minuty in the presentation and flavor of each dish! The atmosphere and decoration a little destabilizing at first glance finally agree very well with the food! A great bravo to the two creators of this restaurant-concept!

Enjoy a warm welcome, cocktails (excellent) and original cuisine in a very nice setting or you can only be satisfied. For our part we will return there with great pleasure .N hesitate ....F and F

We ate in the cabin on the terrace, very well heated and super beautiful concept. We ate very well, from aperitif to dessert to fondue: everything was perfect! Managers are in addition to a rare kindness: Run!

Very nice culinary experience with reinterprets outside... path. Scented mouths and a delicate and fine entrance and desserts at the top. With a personalized frame and a reception. Very nice wine card. Excellent value for money, we recommend you.
