Feedback gevenThis restaurant alternates between good and average. We were there last year and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. This year we found a refurbished dining hall, seemingly new management, but the food was not as memorable. I did not particularly appreciate a too simple ‘mise en table’, the same garnishing for all plates. We went with a hefty 50% discount with the fork so it was worth it, but it would be different a full price. I will try again last year hoping the teething problems are over.
We went there for lunch mid week. Very friendly welcome. The restaurant is modern, bright and clean. The menu is extensive, and the pricing reasonable only 2 of the plats with (small) supplements. For me the highlight was a souris d'agneau, and the fricasse de foie de vollaille was not far behind. There were some interesting little touches in nearly all the dishes. I have not scored 5 for only two reasons the plates were not warm and thus some dishes were a little on the cool side, and at 12 euros per litre the vin en pichet (though good) was a little expensive.
New(ish) Bistro as part of the tennis club with a great choice of daily specials from the menu. Service was very friendly and the quality of food is well above average. Good value too. Easy parking, disabled accessible. Eat in the dining room or on the veranda. Will certainly visit again.
Great service, great food. Staff friendly and efficient. This is a fantastic little restaurant with quirky decor and wonderful atmosphere. We will definately be going back.
This place has great cocktails, but I was not impressed with the quality of the tapas.
