We never miss eating here for lunch, as it means that we can enjoy the extraordinary aromas and special touches that this gifted cook brings to a plate of food. It may look like just an open sandwich or a simple salad, but believe me, it is not....Layers of high-quality ingredients such as finely cut and dressed apple together with black pudding and bacon and additional pleasures leave you in no doubt, it was made by someone with an excellent palate. Jean Luc Larvoir is a culinary genius!
