The guy working in the evening wasn't doing his job. I don't know if he was asleep, but we waited outside for 15 minutes, trying to get his attention and waiting by the door because he didn't wake up.

I usually have nothing negative to say about this place, but I've often encountered issues with the car wash. Today, I went to the car wash, and the blowers were not functioning. I went inside to request that my car be repassed so it could be dried properly, as I was concerned about the doors freezing shut. They told me it was impossible and insisted that my car looked dry. After I explained my situation, they made me feel as though I was lying or didn't understand how a car wash works. This isn't the first time I've had problems there, and I was very disappointed that they were unwilling to assist me after being a loyal customer for the past four years.

I was unhappy with the price on an item, and the cashier and manager were unhelpful, claiming it was just a pricing error and refusing to honor the displayed price. It's quite disappointing, especially since they are supposed to provide the item if it's under $10. I used to be a regular customer, but now I will take my business elsewhere. You've lost a customer because of this.
