Dilallo - Sainte-Catherine

Just posting as I wait for my lunch. The hostess here is incredibly rude. She didn't even say hello when we arrived. We had to wait for her to finish a text message before she even acknowledged us, which took about 5 minutes. When we weren't ready to order right away, she rolled her eyes at us. She took our order without saying thanks, and then proceeded to complain to her coworkers about her mother and loudly sigh when online orders came in. She even gave us an estimate of how long our food would take. Next time, I'll go to a restaurant in Lasalle instead. At least there, I won't feel like I'm interrupting their personal phone time.

The food quality is good, but the service of the waitstaff could be improved.

Great place! Best poutine I've had in a very very long time. The burger I had was made with the freshest meat ever. Flavor was great. Well definitely go back

My favorite hamburger chain in the Montreal area. This place has fast service and great burgers.
