The drive was too long and the wait for our food was also lengthy. However, I can't fault them as it seemed like they were short-staffed and everyone had double duty. Despite this, we were greeted with a smile and served two fresh large cups of double-double coffee.
I am not sure what has happened, but it appears that there may be a new owner at this restaurant. The service quality has drastically declined. I have been a customer here for 10 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The baristas are getting orders wrong 80% of the time and seem to have a very laid-back attitude.
This restaurant only offers drive-thru service. There is no access to the inside of the restaurant, but there is ample parking space for trucks in front of the store. Unfortunately, there is no logical or respectful accommodation for front-line workers, such as truck drivers. It is unclear where customers can go to use the bathroom after spending the night in their parking lot.
