L'essaouira - Sainte-Gemme

Being in “Charente Maritime” and the restaurant in the “logis” we were staying being closed, we decided to have dinner at the “Ferme de Magné” a few kilometers away. At the ferme we saw 4 restaurants. After some hesitation we decided to have dinner at the Moroccan Restaurant “L’Essaouira”. We had the greatest and most pleasant surprise. The place was beautiful, and the food was awesome, probably the best Moroccan dishes we had in years. The chef Dalil Bouchta deserved our congratulation for his culinary skill and creativity. We will come back.
