Sushi Shop Ste Julie - Sainte-Julie

I selected one of the set menu options. The dish had a nice presentation, but the taste was quite bland. The fish seemed fresh, but the prices were high for what was offered. I was disappointed to see the chef handling food without wearing gloves, including touching rice and then fish. Cleanliness was a concern, and I wish I had noticed it before paying.
