I visited this restaurant on a Friday night and it was very crowded with not enough staff. The two servers were friendly but overwhelmed, leading to some mistakes. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, but the wait time was quite long. The live singer was excellent.
I regret to say that our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The prices were too high for the quality of the food. While the service was decent, the rest of our meal did not meet our expectations. My wife received breaded fish, even though it was not listed on the menu. When we inquired about it, the waitress could only say that she was surprised as well, and there was no effort made to correct the mistake. The overall quality of the meal did not justify the price we paid. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.
Our server was very nice but the meal apart from the soup was extremely disappointing.Way too expensive for what you get. It was the table d'hote all with fancy titles. I ordered cod served on risotto. It was actually two pieces of fish and chips (frozen? at some point) thrown and too salty risotto. Our meal cost us more than Recto Verso located not too far away which was pure delight.
We dropped by after our activity out on the lake. We just wanted a drink and something to eat. No joke, we waited 20 minutes and no one ever came. They seated up right away with water...now I know why! We just left...ridiculous way to run a restaurant! It was not full, so there was no reason the staff was overloaded.
