La Bodega Kahlua

Beautiful place near the center of the city, very good live Spanish music, but. the young waitress is very rude, I speak a little French, italiano, little Spanish and English, she speaks at the speed of light only French (if she answers), never one. Smiling eating is quite good, but too expensive, teller are too little. they want to be a pub, but I'm bartender, you glass sangria sucks. even the bullwurst was a blackworst. you just have to drink a caught beer while you hear good music.

My wife and I went here after the owner of our hotel recommended them to us for their good Pizza, and he wasn't kidding. We ordered a gruyère margarita pizza and a seafood one; they were both amazing.

Located in the northwest corner of the town square, just a few blocks from the beach, this cozy spot offers a shaded patio and very friendly hosts. It is ideal for lunch with a diverse menu of seafood, regional plates and salads, pizza, tapas, and...pastas. Food was good and we enjoyed a relaxing lunch.

We walked around Saintes-Maries looking for our kind of restaurant original, local, tasty food and good value. La Bodega filled the bill completely with its chickpeas in cumin, spicy cod dumplings, sardines and freshly-baked bread. The staff were helpful and we all enthused about...the food. The location is great, being alongside the main square and benefiting from the sun at lunchtime. The cosy roadside terrace was lovely and we were entertained by the men playing boules in the Spring sunshine.
