We came quite late to this place (about 20 minutes before closing so that the selection was reduced, but what we did was delicious. stuffed tomaten and a creamy pasta dish along with some hummus and cracker. the owner was very nice and explained to us all dishes in good frenglish.
The personal is very friendly and the menu changes every week. I got no chance to try the main dishes, as I arrived shortly before closing, I tried her cheesecake, which was really nice, it's also really easy to park right in front of the business.
Reception up, stephanie the boss is in small care for his clients. take or consume on site. the place is modern and spacious, the cooking classes are given several times a week. I recommend marine rillettes, bechamel vegetable gratin, lentils with smoked tofu, and of course the delicious Choco-Fraise dessert.
Colour, flavor, diversity, respect for life are the words that best characterize each of the dishes of this passionate cook. His welcome is also very warm. What a satisfaction to find this type of proposal in Saintes.
