It is juste worst and worst the quality of the employee just keep decreasing never enough staff or even if they have most of them are really juste chilling or talking really unproductive employee even when its not busy an order for a big mac can take more than 20 minute

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and each time has been disappointing. The long wait times, cold food, and consistently incorrect orders make it clear that this restaurant is unprofessional and poorly managed. I recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere.

This franchise is possibly the worst out there. My order at the drive-thru took 27 minutes on a Friday night around 10 pm, only to find out it was wrong when we received it. The replacement burger took another 5 minutes to make. The Chai was tasteless, so we returned it for a smoothie. Last week, there was no staff at the first window to take payment, so after a 25 minute wait, we decided to abandon our order and drive away. The kiosk and app orders are not any faster or more accurate, and if it takes more than 10 minutes to receive our order, I request a refund - which happens often. The franchisee, Les Restaurants McDonald's Guy Alain Inc., deletes negative posts from their Facebook page.

I placed an order through the app and waited in the designated parking spots 1, 2, or 3 as instructed. It took 25 minutes for my food to arrive, after having to knock on the door multiple times. This is the second time I have used the app at this location and both times I experienced the same problem. This McDonald's is the worst when it comes to using the app and waiting for your food. One employee even told me it was impossible that we had waited that long for our order, despite watching about 20 cars pass through the drive-thru. The receipt showed that our order was received at 12:45pm and we didn't receive our food until 1:05pm. I will never go back to this location again. They consistently make mistakes with orders and their excuse is always that they are understaffed. If I need anything from McDonald's, I will go to the location in Sainte-Marthe-sure-le-lac.

McDonald's irritates me to no end. I'm starting to think people (me including) are truly insane for continuing to give them the benefit of doubt. Everytime I'm here mistake after mistake, employees not listening to allergy restrictions, or entire order wrong on more occasions than I can count, total removal of anything remotely healthy (they even replaced shredded cheese in the chicken wrap to a kraft single! So gross! Blatant disregard for anything MAPAQ...and like an abusive relationship I go back for more torture...definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result aka the Mcdonalds hold!
