Second time visiting this place with family. Seven of us)and second time disappointed. One person waiting tables for entire restaurant and one person in the kitchen. Service was slow but Eric the server was very dedicated and did his best.He even was helping in the kitchen. Food was mediocre and we will not go back another time. Definitely short staffed

The meat was horrible . Spent like 300$ for a Christmas dinner for my family and the steak absolutely disgusting , I asked for medium rare I got a piece of leather.There were things missing from out order and because it was Christmas we ordered online , they didn’t answer their phones so we basically paid for food and didn’t get to eat it. Anyways beware. The food is trash and WAY OVER PRICED. Casa is no longer the same as it used to be.

Food was cold service was really slow not a very good

The Filet mignon brochettes were undercooked and it took at least an hour before our main course was served. Not likely to return. Our dinner 9 months prior was was great so we were quite disappointed this time.Parking: No parking at 6 p.m.

Had to ask for bread twice.Asked for ice bucket twice, never got one.Salad served a few minutes after main meal seraved instead of before the main meal.Pulled out of my mouth a long brown hair in my salad.Wrong cook on our steaksPotatoes hard, not cooked enough.Valleyfield location.
