Parrilladas Buffalo Beef - Salaverry

We had a very helpful waiter that I had tender with the baby bark steak and cooked for perfection. my friends had the rippchen said that they were delicious also the salads and fries the next dishes were a delicious compliment I highly recommend this restaurant they will not be disappointed.

Really cozy place, they serve both national and angus bark. we tried the angus T-Bone steak, it was fantastic, very juice and cooked as I asked. they serve their steaks with salat and fries, each standing in another plate. the salate was also really good. it is a bit expensive, especially with the Angus beef.

Parrilladas buffalo the bark serves an excellent side of ribs with frits and salat. I will try other menu options again.

As always, the best place to eat great steaks in Trujillo. Nice atmosphere, good service. A little pricey. As is the case almost everywhere here, they make soggy fries. Has nobody learned about double frying??. Such a basic technique for making good fries. Salad was excellent if a little small.

Poor service, low quality meats (don't be fooled by the signs).
