Die Watergat Langebaan - Saldanha

Great atmosphere and lots of specialties on drinks and eating and they must taste the boere pizza, it is absolutely delicious and there are two hungry adult light.

A surprisingly good restaurant. It's small and unassuming, hence my surprise. Excellent food, good wines, great service, and all at very affordable prices. The staff is friendly, there are many locals eating here, which is always a good sign. Ask to be seated in the children's area it's brighter. The actual bar is too dark and gloomy for my tastes. All in all, a really positive experience!

After some bad customer experience with Kokomo Beach Bar, we arrived at Die Watergat who happily accommodated our group of 20 for lunch. We ended up sitting on the right-hand side of the restaurant because we had young children with us. The right side of the place is much brighter and more inviting than the tavern part (left side of Die Watergat) My partner really enjoyed the ribs and the pizzas were really good too. It was a lovely lunch and the staff were very friendly. Prices of both food and drink are extremely reasonable

The lady at the entrance TERRIBLE MANNERS definitely. Asking id for one and not the other, shouting at me after i told her she must ask everyone for their id if she wants to do her job properly as she claims. Owner definitely needs a better person at that front end. I will never set foot in that place again because of her. There has been many things going on that I 've seen already but to make someone walk all the way back to the car parked on the other side to get an id to boost your ego. Definitely not a plan. But as she says if she knows you she bends the rules. Wow.

0 Star.....The Black Lady infont is a horrible person, no manners, don't know how to speak, definitely do not recommend this place, just plain horrible, purely horrible, the Manager must learn his employee how to behave,speak, the way she acts, plain horrible.
