The staff seemed inattentive and uninterested, which added to the overall frustration. **Atmosphere:** 3/5 - The ambiance was decent, providing a somewhat pleasant environment, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the other shortcomings. Overall, at a price range of £10-20 per person, I expected more from this lunch experience.

The food was excellent. The only drawback was that an Asian staff member seemed uninterested in her work. When I approached the counter to pick up my order, she gave me a disapproving look.
