They have the best grill in all salem, oregon bar no! the cash register and other staff are very friendly, and are more than willing to answer all those who could have about the variety of food and drinks on the menu. all the pages we had were also delicious! a meal in the adam’s rib smoke house in the city of salem is worth the trip!

I ordered the pulled pork sliders and sweet potato fries and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes for the price. I was not disappointed and would highly recommend this dish.

I tried a two-meat combination with pork and brisket and I really enjoyed it. The house BBQ sauces were delicious. The atmosphere at the North location was great, and my wife especially loved the cat.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times for ribs, which are probably the best and most affordable in Salem. The food is always delicious and prepared quickly for takeout. The staff is friendly and overall, the experience has been satisfying. While the other dishes I've tried were just okay, the ribs never disappoint.
