Feedback gevenI enjoyed my evening at Applebee's! It wasn't too packed on the day I went, which it was easy to get in quickly to be seated. Our server was very nice and checked on us to make sure we were settled. My meal was great! Highly recommend the Fiesta Lime Chicken!!
I want to first thank our server Jason who was great. He anticipated our needs and kept a close check up on us at all times. His service alone warranted a 5 star rating. I had a classic bacon cheeseburger with fries. I remember a time when food was so much better at Applebee’s. My burger came out and was as I had ordered and fries, though unsalted, we good. Not great. Serving was smaller than I remembered. My son opted for cheese sticks standard US Food service truck line item. My wife had the Bourbon street chicken and mashed potatoes looked okay. The shrimp that came with it were cold seasoning was sufficient. It was correctly served and server was great but food was “meh.” I’m not sure what happened to the WOW that Applebee’s once had but it seems to have died hard. I left feeling cheated knowing they were my favorite place to eat at one time. But its not a location problem its a brand problem. I sincerely hope they find their soul and passion again soon.
Traveling through the area and stopped in for lunch. Our server was great, its been a long time since we had service this good, defiantly ask for (Mili) if you dine here. The desert was my kids favorite part of the meal obviously!
All televisions had same thing no variety. Waiter had no personality and didn't check on table much. Food was good. And pricing was outstanding as well. Parking lot was rather dirty with trash.
Food was decent but y’all need to fire Marcus. Not only did I have to explain to him what a mich ultra was 3 times? But my tab was $16 and I gave him $9 cash to take off the tab and put the rest on the card and instead he pockets the $9 and leaves me with the $16 check and when I ask him why he didn’t take off the $9 he goes on about how he didn’t know what I said and that he has spontaneously lost $10 dollars and walks off in a hurry and doesn’t come back. Overall very weird service experience
