I would like to begin by saying that people here are very friendly. I always went to the pheasant lane and ordered the same every time I left and it was phenomenal. I started working in the rockingham mall and thought I had a similar experience. eating is always timely when I order for my short 30 minutes break before the time on the app. the problem is that it rarely comes right when I order when it busier. today I ordered and it came wrong. the associate told me I could keep the wrong one or torment him. So I threw it away because they made a whole new order. I bring back the food that is made with my 5 minutes on the break to eat quickly and it is wrong, and does not have the side of the pommes this time. I'll give up ordering from this place. bummer because charley’s was my favorite place to go!
Currently, all of the other reviews on Yelp are years old, and most likely the problematic employees have since then been replaced. When I visited this restaurant today, the employees at this restaurant were very friendly, and they quickly and accurately performed their jobs. The food, though, was just OK. I did not finish my chicken teriyaki sandwich. I did eat all of my cheese fries, because those tasted good. My husband said that his Philly cheesesteak sandwich tasted OK. The total price including tax was $25. Other menu items include chicken Phillys, deli subs, and fruit lemonades.

Your number listed is my sister's phone number. She gets called everyday from people asking if it's Charley's. Will you please update your phone number on here or remove the number listed. We've tried to contact google to have them remove it too and we haven't heard anything back.
