Chuck E. Cheese - Salem

We had a fantastic time celebrating our birthday there! The experience was fun, exciting, and simply amazing. It's impressive how much you've enhanced the games and the bracket tracking, as well as the options for unlimited playtime for one or two hours!

Unbelievable experience, and we will definitely be back. Our seven-year-old has autism, and for her birthday, she just wanted to meet Chuck E. Cheese. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to engage with her. Chuck E. was gentle and gave her a high five, which made her feel comfortable. It's not always easy to find a place where she can be herself without the fear of being seen as disruptive or too loud. Jaque at the front desk was outstanding. I will return just to enjoy these moments with my children. Five stars!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The place is clean and offers great value for the time the children spent there. I recommend opting for the 2-hour unlimited deal; it’s definitely worth getting the bracelet!

I never write reviews on anything but this one is much needed. Just have to say this is by far the best place to celebrate your kids b-day. Staff is amazing!! the place looks so good and clean. The food is affordable and delicious. We celebrated my nieces b-day yesterday and though it was super busy we were taken care of almost immediately. There's always enough staff to take care of the customers needs. Again.. This place is amazing! My kids are much older but love coming here to enjoy some good hot wings and pizza. :

Three children and 6 adults and everyone had an awesome times. Relaxing, enjoyable so much fun. Approximately 2 1/2 hours of pure fun. Highly recommend for children of all ages.
