Feedback gevenI left shortly after, but I did notice a large, fierce dog tied up near the entrance. Interactions with dogs in restaurants and inattentive servers can certainly ruin the experience. I think in the future I may choose to visit the drive-thru locations instead. Spills and discomfort for customers slow down service and are not good for business. The coffee here is excellent, but I can do without careless servers and unpleasant animals. - James Dennehy
Terrible experience. Our car was towed shortly after we made a purchase and walked to a candy store just around the corner. We had only been in Salem for less than two hours, and it turned into a nightmare. I believe the Latina manager with the black lipstick was responsible. When I questioned her about it, she just rolled her eyes and ignored me. We ended up having to pay $143 to get our car back. I strongly advise staying away from this place! After retrieving our car, we noticed they were preparing to tow another vehicle as well. The towing company informed us that they frequently call to have cars towed.
I usually don’t even leave reviews but how stupid or untrained can you be to put COFFEE into a Strawberry Green Tea Refresher? I know we all make mistakes but that has to be the stupidest one ever.
I love dunks but this one always has issues. They turn off their mobile ordering and are extremely slow and unresponsive when you go in.
