Giovanni's Roast Beef Pizza - Salem

The sandwiches are very good. The staff is fantastic. Stopped to grab a sandwich for my flight to Seattle. They were closed but were doing party platters for an event. A young woman still came outside and asked if she could help us. She quickly offered to help us with a smile. I so appreciate the kind gesture that she gave.

Got the Super sized Roast Beef Combo meal with Steak Fries . I had switched the Onion Roll for a regular Sesame Roll but when I opened the Sandwich wrapper it was on a Onion Roll which I would have complained about but the Onion Roll was actually very good . The Roast Beef they use was top notch I believe i asked for a medium cooked Roast Beef for my sandwich and it was and it was absolutely Deeeeeelishious. I am pretty sure the Roast Beef is made in house. But I Definitely would recommend the Roast Beef sandwich from Giovannis oddly we were going to go to Kelly's Roast which isBeetlejuice a New England chain ,their rating was a 3.5 and Giovanni's was a little closer to the Hotel and had a 4.1 rating so we tried them out and were quite satisfied) my girl got the Chicken Ceaser Wrap and was very satisfied she was expecting more fillings like lettuce and such vrs chicken but said there was more chicken and a good amout of the fillings. So overall I would definitely recommend Giovannis in Salem NH . We might even try it for dinner tonight as they offer past dinners and or pizzas to . The Staff was friendly and helpful in recommendations for my girls sandwich/wrap. As she's used to getting wraps were there is less chicken and more fillings but this wrap was the opposite). Overall we were both very HAPPY with our choices including the choice to go to Giovanni's in the first place. Signed, Christ Van Hamlin

Told me 40 minutes after 11/2 hours I called and they said 20 more minutes unacceptable

The chicken fingers remind me of those processed chicken nuggets the meat wasnt solid... its hard to describe... and i could be way off here but the cheese on my steak cheese seemed like a kraft single processed dairy product... and if you ask for bacon on a syeak and cheese prepare for it to be chopped up with the steak and the fatty chunks to be very noticable...

Absolutely ridiculous i called at 6:01pm and ordered a small sub and a small calzone and i also put in an order at Giovanni’s in methuen via door dash because the Salem location didn’t have the fried Apple pie rolls so the DoorDash order came and went and I ate and at this point it’s already 7:01 pm and as I sit here writing this review it’s 7:30 and they haven’t gotten here yet. It is absolutely ridiculous and should have been free at that point
