I asked for mostly dark meat but they were almost out so I was ok with a mix of light and dark meat, no problem. I asked for mashed potatoes gravy and corn as my 2 sides, they said no problem. I paid my $40+ bill and the window cashier said to pull over and wait for the chicken to be fried. About 15 minutes into my wait, an employee came out and told me no biscuits were available and my choices were to go home and come back in 15 minutes, wait 15 for a new batch of biscuits or take a small cake instead. I asked why I wasn 't informed of that when I was ordering since my family likes the biscuits, they offered no explanation. I accepted the small cake instead. Went bag was opened at home I discovered there was no gravy. I called back and asked for the manager. Had to wait 20 minutes. When she got on the phone I asked why no gravy. She said ... they are busy . (There was no line of customers waiting at the time I was there. In a normal tone of voice I said that 's her problem, not mine. She took a minute and came back on and said: you 're an xxx (will not repeat the curse word she used and she abruptly hung up.If that manager can 't deal with reasonable customers, she should seek training or find another job. Likewise, if she can 't manage her employees to speed up production a bit when necessary, find a non management job.
We were excited to try the Chizza, worst thing we ever did. First I asked if it was spicy. My answer from the cashier was, I don 't know I don 't eat pepperoni. I should have known from that comment that I should have skipped it. Spicy food makes me physically ill. We sat down with our Chizzas and I opened the box. First, it wasn 't hot enough to melt the cheese. I took a small bite and had to run to the ladies room; yes I got sick. I took it and my husband 's fries back up to the cashier. His fries were so salty they were inedible. Plus the fact that they were more then half empty. The same cheery cashier said, can I help you? I told her the Chizza was too spicy for me to eat and my husband 's fries were more then half empty and so salty that he couldn 't eat them. So they made him some new fries and I ordered a 2pc chicken. I got our new food and I don 't know what they did to the chicken but both the leg and the thigh were mealy tasting. I just gave up on lunch at that point.Don 't bother with the Chizza, it sucks!!!
Ordered food through grub hub.. obviously it wasn't at peak freshness because of delivery and all that. The chicken wasn't too dry and the potatoes were good..but this corn... how long does it sit in the pan to get this bad??
Used to eat here 1 2 times per week. Last several weeks they have ALWAYS been “out” of something doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. I always get a 2 pc original dark meat combo they are either out of thighs, out of original recipe, out of biscuits etc And to top it all off they don’t tell you this until after you’ve paid for the mealDon’t think I’ll be going back no excuse
This place is so poorly managed is sad. I've given it a number of chances but it only continues to disappoint. They are never able to complete an order that contains everything. Always out of legs and or wings, or thighs and or breast. Never seems to be a whole fried chicken in the place, ever!Unless you're a glutton for punishment and disappointment, I don't recommend.
