Feedback gevenThe food was excellent, as usual, but the customer service left much to be desired. The woman named Sarah, who was supposed to assist us (I use the term loosely), had a poor attitude and clearly dislikes her job. I wouldn’t recommend returning to the West Salem location until they either let her go or provide better training.
We steer clear of the nearest Panda Express to our home because they don't maintain fresh oil. However, this location in West Salem offers delicious food and the staff were extremely friendly!
The food was good, consistent with other Panda locations. However, the woman who took our order spoke too quickly, and we had trouble understanding her. Aside from that, the service was excellent.
Good attention, beautiful and clean place, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere.
Avoid this location. Terrible. I?ve gone here several times and the service is really bad. Not listening and seem extremely put out by having to work there apparently. Today was final straw. The girl was was in full conversation with another employee about non work related stuff. I asked 4 times for no sauce on my teriyaki chicken and she still put it on there. I asked for a new portion and she played like it was my fault and then told me I?d need to wait for new chicken to be cooked. I walked out. They aren?t short staffed like most places. They employees are just really bad.
