Panera Bread - Salem

Soup was ice cold and could tell was old, bread was hard as a rock, couldn’t even bite into it. Didn’t give all the order. Manager was extremely rude when bringing to attention and said my order didn’t exist when I have the receipt.

Just had awful food poisoning from here yesterday. I ordered chicken noodle soup and turkey sandwhich. Just a heads up!

The sandwich was terrible!I got a breakfast sandwich..it was a bacon , egg, and cheese on a asiago bagel. The guy with the beard at the drive through window seemed to be in a bad mood. He was rushing me to pay. As soon as I got my bagel… I noticed it was smushed. The bagel tasted terrible as well it was all undercooked.

I love the food here. Staff was nice. All of the tables were dirty, but I didn't let that ruin my experience. The lemonade is so good!!
