Starbucks - Salem

Very terrible. I ordered hey hot grande macchiato and got a cold ice cream only no coffee . Did not get a free drink back nor my money will tell everybody!!!

Thanks for my soggy cup lid that wouldn?t even remain on cup. Spilt all down the sides and dripped on pants. Luckily it?s Saturday morning errands and not on my way to work. Unfortunate mishap here because their service was friendly and fast.

They messed up my drink and instead of replacing it, gave me the ingredients in another cup, insisting they cannot remake drinks. FTR, my drink is a mocha with whip. It's not complicated.

Overall good experiences visiting Starbucks in the Salem-Keizer area in a regular basis.
