Tuscan Market At Tuscan Village Salem

After looking at reviews now, seems like this is par for the course. Came in with my 2 Y/O for breakfast. After 10 minutes and several waitstaff walking past us without even acknowledging our existence at the table and high chair, no offer of water, no even hello, I had enough. They seated and took a drink order from another table while we were waiting nearby. Was going to buy a bunch of stuff for dinner including a cowboy steak from the butcher, but after the complete apathy, I'm out of here. This place seems to be struggling to provide basic levels of service.

The food is expensive and terrible. My dinner was served cold. My husband's pasta was clumpy. Terrible!

We had a wonderful time out at the fire pits. Ryan the manager at Tuscan Market made our night extra special as we celebrated a friend getting married. The gelato was some of the best around. We got the Pumpkin, Pistachio and Lime flavors. All delicious. Thank you Ryan for making our time at Tuscan Village a great experience. We will be back again soon! Service: Dine in

Brought my family to lunch today. Waited over hour before getting our food (two grilled chicken salads, a kids pasta, and a cheese pizza. Nothing crazy). This was after giving our waitress our full out of the gate since the kids were hungry and we had plans. Waitress was not very friendly nor approachable as well which I can usually get by as long as the food is prompt, good and to expectation. Not the case and food was very meh. Won’t do that again!
