One doesn't expect to find such cualitynof food just wondering about, the fixed menu is reccomendable

This was a great restaurant!!!! We saw this restaurant just down from our hotel while going for a walk along the foreshore, menu looked great so we decided to return later for dinner. Beautiful food, great fresh seafood and great service and they have an great menu range. They even have menus in English! Not too badly priced either. Second night in Salerno (after trolling at least a dozen other restaurants we decided to return, the staff remembered us and again the food was amazing!!! Got the details from the staff for their Rome restaurant, so we might try and go there if possible. Well worth a look if you're in Salerno. :

I can't speak highly enough about this place. Very friendly staff who provided wifi password (not advertised as having wifi) and also bought out extra bread during the meal. We arrived at noon and got the 8 Euro set menu two courses plus bottled water and bread. FANTASTIC value and eautiful surroundings. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others without hesitation

The service was above and beyond. The owner answered every question we had about the menu, and was more than happy to make substitutions. My mom's pasta dish was undercooked, so they made her a fresh one. The food itself was better than I expected. We started with an antipasto and each ordered various entrees from the menu. The best thing we had was a seafood pasta (can't remember the name, but something like Sciagliare of the Reef). When I ordered it, the owner's face lit up and said it was a great choice. I'd say he was right; the pasta was homemade and cooked perfectly in a light sauce. However, not every dish held up to that standard (hence, the 4-star rating). But overall, I'd recommend this place to friends, and would definitely go again.

Stopped here for lunch after a drive along the Amalfi coast. Very nice and attentive staff. My wife had a perfect spaghetti vongole and I had a great sandwich made from pizza bread with ham, mozzarella and fresh salad. Very very nice.
