Really compliments. Let me start by saying that I don't particularly like ice cream with brioche but in this ice cream shop they made me change my mind. I highly recommend the medium brioche with the cream on top and the ice cream in the middle. I think it's become an addiction. It makes me happy to see historic stores still winning with products from the past.
