Pier Eight at The Lowry - Salford

The chicken was dry and flavorless. The ginger cake was okay, but a bit dry. The coffee was a disappointment - I was served instant coffee disguised as an Americano. I couldn't refuse it as I had an American guest with me and didn't want to embarrass Manchester. The service was slow and the overall experience was not worth the high price.

Always very slick here, service and food are excellent

We are regulars at this restaurant for a pre-show lunch. The food and service are always excellent, so we never feel rushed to get to our seats. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

This restaurant was a delightful choice before catching a show. The service was speedy, and our waitress Sarah was friendly. I will definitely be returning to dine here before any future shows.
