Interesting selection of burgers! Tasting and filling. Very friendly staff. Clean place presents a large collection of Widespread Panic Music Festival posters. Would come back!

Wonderful to earth mood and very friendly and small town feeling and support on site that you are welcome to try the first time there and will definitely be back. Not excessively hot with spices, but definitely perfectly flavored. And someone knows how to make Koleslaw!

I have made Cubano special, tasty and good Cubano, the right amount of smoked pork, mustard, pickle, ham and Swiss. Every bite was delicious. My partner got the classic burger; the patty was juicy and fresh meaty taste. Our two orders came with fries and seriously one of the best fries I ever had; freshly cut, crispy with spices. Before we left, I also picked up a complete shelf of pork ribs coming from Tennessee; these ribs were excellent; with excellent smoke equalization and perfect apron as well. And the owner is on earth rock star of a cook and host! Really a jewel in Salida and must try.

We found this little restaurant on a trip to Pueblo. We stopped hunger and tiredness. We were welcomed and immediately gave recommendations to the owner. We enjoyed the food and recommend a stopover on your trip through Salida. These are unique burgers and they are fresh and good. The Fritten are also top Notch.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite on our way back to Texas, and we were not disappointed! The restaurant is locally sourced, and the burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious! To add to the experience, we sat on the patio and had a nice visit with who we assume was the owner who was smoking ribs that smelled like they could rival the best in Texas! If you’re hungry, don’t pass this gem by!
