Always a pleasure to return to the little Bearn. Chef François’s cuisine is always a treat, good homemade. The very hearty breakfast and the welcome of Viviane always as friendly. Every time it is a joy to come to the Bearn and to feel a little like home in a hotel-restaurant also welcoming.

2nd stay in the same place for a cure in Salies for the second consecutive year. Everything is said! And nothing has changed : Welcome : warm, from the phone call to find out. Meals: Well, it's cooking cooked by a cook.
