Mcdonald's - Salina

Cold in the place. Inflation is up 7-8 percent according to the U.S. government but our food order is up 50 percent.

I'm having the worst time there. Everytime I have talked to a manager. I have not gotten food, I've been charged the wrong thing at the first window even after the clerk said the right order. Then been talked to like I was stupid. After going through the drive through I was missing food. I was told today management is aware of the ongoing problem. Well this has been going on for months. We don't get to eat out often but when we do we mostly go there because of the kids. Come on mcds get it together.

I went through the drive thru to get breakfast. I paid at the first window and went on to the second window. The kid that was working handed me my food and then told me to pull up and they would bring out my orange juice.WHAT? Why the hell am I waiting for orange juice? My wife called the restaurant and they said they would bring it out. THEY NEVER DID! So we get home and half the order is wrong and the hashbrowns were saturated with oil and inedible. This McDonald 's absolutely sucks and it won 't change anytime soon

We just went threw at 6:20am. Their apparently not morning people their. Crabby as hell. Wouldn't let us finish ordering without telling us our total and telling us to pull up. Not professional at all. Worst one I've ever been to! Then forgot stuff and gave us attitude. Keep driving to the next McDonald's this one isn't worth it.

We absolutely adore their pizza. The prices can't be beat. Occasionally, there may be a wait due to the high volume of customers, but it is not because the staff is slow. They are always very busy.
