Panera Bread - Salina

Great food. Ordered to go, got home.with only half my order.

The only good part was the ordering of the food. Everything after that took a dive bomb and the only reason its getting a ONE Star is that there is no ZERO star option! This was for take out, and it was NOT busy at all, so they have no excuse for their poor service. They didn't announce the food was ready AT ALL. 28$ for the wrong order with no fork for a salad or Mac and cheese. Not worth it, go to subway.

I used to truly enjoy going to Panerai Bread in Salina Kansas, that is until a few months ago I began to experience a very marked decrease in the attitude of the staff. The quality of the food has remained fairly good. In the past few months the service by the staff has declined to the point that it is worse than the burger the appropriate meal.
